we enjoyed our tour ,our guide was very educated and informative and was'nt just robotic like,,she was down to earth in her language and even joked with us,,when appropiate,,,as to part of the tour had me in tear's as we drove past the gentlemen who had lost his wife and daughter to katrina..i to had just lost my mom recently,,so having a tour guide who could connect to people on mean's alot .thank's..

Tour owner was very nice. I talked to Isabelle twice by phone. The tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. The van was too crowded. While 3 or 4 people can fit on a seat, it would have been more enjoyable to have 2 people per seat - even knowing that this would require a price increase.

We can pick up in New Orleans at any hotel, Bed & Breakfast, private residence, or restaurant downtown, uptown (close to St. Charles Ave.), in (or close to) the French Quarter, and on the WEST BANK. We do not pick up by the airport, in New Orleans East, in Slidell, or on the North Shore.

Return Details:
Tour concludes at the original departure point.

This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received withing 12- 24 hours subject to availability.

Recommended for all tours in New Orleans: There is no dress code, wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.

Tours by Isabelle assumes no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, bad conditions of the road and other conditions beyond control.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

We never cancel a tour once it is confirmed! We go rain or shine, unless there is a hurricane or flood! We have golf umbrellas on board for those who forget to bring their own. In case of lightning, the AIRBOAT tour may be shortened, postponed, or replaced with the Cajun Bayou tour because it is a covered boat. We charge for No-Shows!
