I have been on many short cruises, such as Washington DC, Nile River, etc. All of those cruises served dinner while the cruise was underway. It was strange to eat dinner while the ship was still in port! That takes away from the ambiance and entertainment value significantly. Also, I have always been served drinks, especially non-alcoholic drinks, at the table as part of the meal, just like any restaurant would do, and as I have always been served on other cruises. On this cruise, I had to get up from my table and get in line to PAY from my drink! Not professional service! Sandra B., United States, 05-2008
