The bus tour was very enjoyable. The driver was informative and friendly throughout the tour. The riverboat ride was fun, too. Also learned a lot. I also received a pleasant surprise when the agent refunded 1 ticket in cash on the day we decided to go. I assumed it was too late to get a refund, but there was no question about it. I would recommend this tour to anyone not familiar with New Orleans.

The bus tour was worth every cent we paid. We went on Sunday and the driver had extensive knowledge about the area. I met up with her again at the Oak Valley on Monday and she helped me find my car in the parking lot in the pouring rain - she deserves a raise for going above and beyond.

BOOK TOUR

New Orleans City Tour commences at 11:30am, followed by Paddle Wheel Cruise at 2:30pm. Tour and cruise may be taken on separate days. Vessel boarding begins one-half hour prior to departure. Lunch, refreshments and souvenirs available for purchase on boat.

Super City Tour operates daily 11:30am and Steamboat cruises operate daily at 2:30pm.

Departure Point:

Tours begin and end at Th Gray Line "Lighthouse" Ticket Office at Toulouse Street and the Mississippi River (at the Steamboat Natchez Dock) just one block from Jackson Square and behind Jax Brewery in the French Quarter. Please arrive at the departure location at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Confirmation for this product will be received within 12- 24 hours, subject to availability. For every confirmed booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Please print and present this E-Ticket voucher at the departure location.

Grayline of New Orleans, Inc. and TourCorp, Inc. assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, bad conditions of roads, and other conditions beyond control, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers. Not responsible for loss or damage to property.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available. Group cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. We charge for no shows.
